Aryan Hangers is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date in its original, unopened packaging.
Returns Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
- In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may use any carrier of choice.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Refund Timeline
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you may receive it sooner. This timeline includes:
- 5–10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper.
- 3–5 business days for us to process the return once received.
- 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item was defective or damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund immediately upon cancellation.
- If your order has already shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the returned item(s) back at our warehouse.
